All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time  
- Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days  
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days  
We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges  
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000  
- Standard shipping charges apply to orders below PKR 3000 (calculated at checkout)

4. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues  
If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Incorrect Address  
Shifa Oils is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items  
If you receive a damaged item or if any item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution in accordance with our refund or replacement policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)  
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Please ensure the full payment is available at the time of delivery.
